Overview of Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Sales Manager to become an integral part of our Engineering Purchasing Team. This is a permanent position, reporting directly to the Head of Purchasing and Logistics.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving sales growth, managing surplus stock, and ensuring optimal profitability. You’ll also oversee market trends, manage a Parts Sales Assistant, and leverage your expertise in aviation part sales to benefit the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership
• Supervise and mentor the Parts Sales Assistant, fostering professional growth and performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to meet departmental goals.
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue objectives.
2. Market Engagement
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with the purchasing team to design effective promotional campaigns.
3. Operational Excellence
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management review.
4. Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
• Ensure compliance with agreed terms and adherence to delivery schedules for each sales agreement.
• Leverage OASES tools for robust data analysis, stock reporting, and inventory optimization.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to processes and operations.
