1. College, Birmingham
2. Full-time role – Monday – Friday
3. August start - 25/26 academic year
4. £480 - £520 per week (term time only)

Do you have what it takes?
The successful candidate must:
1. Hold/predicted a degree in English with a 2:1 or above
2. Be flexible and approachable
3. Have the drive to prepare young people to be ‘game changers’ in the world
4. Have an ability to engage children and young people and increase participation in activities through appropriate differentiation, considering diverse and individual needs of learners
5. Have a positive can-do attitude
