Key Responsibilities: Provide remote and onsite 2nd/3rd Line Support for a variety of customers Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues Install and configure Windows Server, networking equipment, and M365 solutions Support cloud transformation projects, including Azure migrations Contribute to solution design and lead on project delivery Ensure network security and system integrity for customer environments Prepare documentation and technical proposals Deliver training sessions to both customers and colleagues Work within SLAs to ensure efficient and effective service delivery Liaise with third-party providers and internal teams to resolve technical challenges What You’ll Need: Strong experience in a 2nd/3rd Line Support or senior IT role Expertise in Windows Server (2012), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Virtualisation experience with Hyper-V and/or VMware Hands-on experience with networking, switching, routing, and firewalls Familiarity with modern backup strategies and disaster recovery planning Proficiency in M365 stack – Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, Autopilot, Licensing Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving Excellent communication and customer service skills Desirable Skills: Experience with Azure cloud transformation projects Understanding of MDM solutions (Intune, Jamf, Meraki, etc.) Exposure to VoIP systems and Apple technologies Knowledge of storage systems (NAS, SAN, iSCSI) What’s On Offer: Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE Career progression in a growing MSP Training and certification support Collaborative and friendly team environment Company events and team socials Free on-site parking 22 days holiday bank holidays (rising to 24 days after 2 years) Additional Requirements: Full UK driving licence and own car (mileage expenses paid) Ability to travel to client sites as required Recruiter: Callum Thompson
