Office Administrator Bury St EdmundsMonday to Friday, 37.5 hours per weekSalary DOEPermanent Our client based in Bury St Edmunds, is searching for an Administrator to join their well-established team. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Business Support department to provide administrative support. Main Duties (including, but not limited to):
* Liaising with external contacts, internal contacts, and with colleagues to resolve situations that arise
* Using own initiative when dealing with queries
* Maintaining and ensuring organisation of existing spreadsheets, databases and records
* Dealing with and processing invoices
* Proving administration support to multiple teams when required – this includes but is not restricted to diary management and dealing with emails
* Ensuring that continuous and professional service is provided to the department
* Complying with company policies and procedures
* Attending meetings that would be essential in the performance of your duties
