HR Manager\n\nNorth Birmingham\n\nOffice-based role\n\nManufacturing\n\nClient Details\n\nPageGroup are delighted to support with the appointment of a stand alone HR Manager to join a successful and growing manufacturing business in North Birmingham.\n\nDue to the nature of this sector, this role is a fully office based role.\n\nDescription\n\nReporting to the MD, the role of HR Manager will take full responsibility for all aspects of HR for this growing manufacturing business.\n\nThis will include but not limited to:\n\nManage recruitment, selection and on-boarding process\nManage all employee relations casework\nProvide HR advice and guidance to a wide range of stakeholders\nUp-skill line managers to deal with HR matters\nWork closely with Payroll and Health & Safety Manager\nDevelop employee engagement and retention strategies\nSupport the MD and Leadership team with the people strategy and HR initiatives\nEnsure legal compliance throughout human resource management\nProduce monthly HR KPIs\nEnsure HR policies and procedures are updated and fit for purposeProfile\n\nIdeal applicants for this role will have a proven background within a similar HR role, ideally (both not essentially) within a similar sector.\n\nJob Offer\n\nUp to Circa £50000\nFully site based role\nExcellent culture\nGrowing, established and successful organisation\nParking on-site
