About the role:
This role involves regular travel and due to the location, a driving license and access to a vehicle is considered an essential requirement. If you are unable to drive because of a disability please indicate this in your application in your personal statement so we can explore the feasibility of alternative arrangements.
* You will lead and support our ISVAs and CHISVAs in the successful delivery of inclusive support for victims and survivors of sexual violence across Lancashire.
* You will be accountable for ensuring clients receive a swift, effective, and compassionate response, along with a holistic needs assessment that identifies the right support for victims and survivors of sexual abuse or violence.
* You will ensure victims and survivors receive ongoing continuity of support through our ISVAs and CHISVAs, providing case management reviews, managing local partnerships, and utilising the Victim Support digital offer to enable victim-survivors to access support at a pace and time of their choosing.
