The Role:
The firm is looking for an Employment 1-3 years PQE Solicitor to join the team in their flourishing Blackburn office.
The firm works closely within their roots supporting local businesses on a broad array of contentious and non-contentious employment matters across HR and Employment Law advice.
You will undertake your own caseload of interesting, high-value matters, whilst working closely with the Partners in the Employment department on more complex work. This will give you a level of exposure that will set you ahead of your years in terms of PQE.

Requirements:
1. You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least 1-3 years' experience
2. Have excellent communication skills
3. You will be able to build strong relationships with your clients
4. Be a team player and with excellent attention to detail
