Duration: 12 months contract
Pay Rate: £ 37/hr PAYE
Job Description:
The primary role of the Regional Field Merchandising Project Manager is to ensure that all field merchandising components including fixtures, demo units, graphics and display technologies are operating and functioning properly, as well as maintained to client standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage XFN and senior leadership updating on results and communications.
2. Prioritise large volume of projects across thousands of retail doors with the guidance of the Regional Field Merchandising Manager.
3. Manage the day-to-day operations of merchandising maintenance to maximise the compliance level of client fixtures and ensure an optimal customer experience, working with multiple 3rd party vendors and cross functional teams to achieve this.
4. Reporting of results of merchandising maintenance and field execution to internal stakeholders.
5. Understand display fixture production process and installation implementation processes to properly prepare workback schedules and deliverables to share cross functionally both internally and externally.
6. Partner closely with Channel Marketing Managers, Strategic Account Managers, 3rd party labour partners, Analytics and Field Sales team members on a regular basis to execute initiatives with the utmost efficiency and accuracy.
7. Act as liaison between regional partners, fixture display companies and field sales on any issues that come up in client retail partners regionally.
8. Create, maintain, and enforce processes for all operations regionally in store and with 3rd party labour partners.
9. Review instructions and execution for multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail.
10. Process all invoices and work closely with the Regional Field Merchandising Manager to ensure projects are on budget and tracked accordingly.
Top Required Skills:
* Consumer Electronic experience.
* Good experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience with Tableau is a plus.
* Experience with managing or deploying displays in retail.
* Analytical background is nice to have.
