Be the go-to person for clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships. Make buying a breeze by offering end-to-end support, from design ideas to after-sales care. Skillfully negotiate sales terms and product pricing with both clients and suppliers. Strategically manage to maximize profitability and consistently achieve monthly targets. Balance nurturing existing clients with exploring new business opportunities. Create impactful design documents, wish lists, and mood boards that leave a lasting impression. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM systems to ensure seamless operations and success tracking. Collaborate with the trade sales team to drive business growth, leveraging marketing and lead generation strategies. Support marketing initiatives and develop creative promotional materials to enhance brand visibility. What will you bring to the party? Demonstrated experience as a Sales Executive, Telesales, or in a similar role. Proven track record of selling to showrooms. Preferable experience in selling UPVC and aluminum windows. Strong commercial awareness and exceptional negotiation skills. Superior organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Self-driven with a focus on achieving results. Creative talent and imaginative design skills, particularly in interior design. An impressive portfolio of previous work, ideally accompanied by an existing client book.
