We currently have a new opportunity available with our clients in the South East London area, who are looking for such an individual to join their busy estate agency team as a Sales Progressor.
Working hours:
1. 9.00 am - 6pm Monday - Friday.

In order to be considered for the Sales Progressor role:
6. Sound knowledge and experience being a Conveyancing Assistant / Sales Progressor
7. A real passion for the property industry
8. Negotiation and Objection Handling skills are a must
9. Knowledge of Leasehold and Freehold transactions
Sales Progressor key tasks include, but will not be limited to:
10. Progressing sales from ‘offer agreed’ to ‘completion’
11. Guide clients throughout the progress of the sale
12. Provide excellent customer service
13. Liaising with all stakeholders throughout a property transaction to provide updates and chase progress
14. Communicate via telephone and email with clients and stakeholders
15. Work to milestones and deadlines
16. Overcome challenges throughout the sales process
17. Renegotiate sales when required
18. Chase paperwork, enquires and contracts
19. Work to a target of pipeline conversion
20. Organise completion dates between parties and branches
