Our client operates in the construction industry and are keen to employ a Office Administrator to join their business where they will be responsible for the day to day running of the office supporting all teams with administrative assistance. This role will likely suit someone who has had prior experience in a role as an Office or Operations Manager, we are also keen to speak with candidates who have had exposure to facilities management too.

Duties include:
1. Overseeing all facilities management duties for the office including health and safety checks and servicing.
2. Scheduling and managing appointments in office meeting room.
3. Take responsibility for the daily office operations, ensuring things run smoothly.
4. Organising company events.
5. Implement effective communication channels to the companies' employees and site personnel.
6. Manage personnel forms and database(s) including holidays bookings.
