The Role
The Sales Ledger Clerk will be a key member of the finance team, ensuring the smooth management of the sales ledger while contributing to the overall financial efficiency of the business. The role provides an excellent opportunity to develop new skills and gain exposure to a range of business functions in a fast-paced environment.
As a Sales Ledger Clerk, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Managing the sales ledger, including issuing customer invoices and reconciling accounts.
2. Processing customer payments and allocating them to the correct accounts.
3. Performing credit control duties, including chasing overdue payments.
4. Maintaining accurate records of customer accounts and resolving any discrepancies.
5. Liaising with customers to answer queries regarding invoices and payments.
