Title: Global Business Development Executive Location: Office based in Victoria, London. New business sales of recruitment and expansion services targeting SMBs and enterprise customers internationally. The role requires experience speaking to diverse levels of stakeholders, including CEO and VP level. Role responsibilities: End to end sales from opening to closing of new opportunities. Solution based sales, often advising prospective clients on how to approach recruitment in new territories and countries. New business sales targeting companies, SME or Enterprise, who are expanding globally or regionally. Partner with the delivery consultants on the best route for your client. Ability to research target clients and navigate your way to the decision makers. Ability to build long term, last relationships. Become a trusted advisor to your clients. Requirements: 1-5 years of sales experience – selling services or consulting solutions Any experience in Recruitment would be a benefit (this could be internal or external recruitment consultancy experience) Passion for new business sales Capable of working in a flat structure Strong management of your own sales pipeline and forecasting A self- motivated, hands on, and driven individual The ability to independently manage and effectively prioritize opportunities and resources. The courage and creativity to find new ways of generating business. Business professional English language. Other languages would be a plus. Any experience selling internationally would also be a plus.
