Job Title: Customer Care Team Leader
This is a leadership position within our customer care team. As the German-speaking Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives fluent in German.
* Develop and implement strategies to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Maintain and improve customer relationships through proactive communication.
Requirements:
* Fluent German language skills (spoken and written).
* Proven experience as a team leader or manager in a customer-facing role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
