Your Opportunity
You will play a key part in the delivery of all related assessment aspects for a selection of vocational qualifications, assessments, and services. You will be accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of assessment content and outcomes in your assigned area. You will deliver key assessment tasks, in a high pressured and regulated environment on time and accurately.

This role has 2 areas of Key Accountabilities – People & Data Management
1. People
3. Will be able to work effectively on their own and as a valued member of a team

6. Will “Think customers first” to ensure a great customer experience
7. Ensure accurate and timely responses to customer queries
8. Use customer relationship management tools to identify opportunities to support customers further and improve the customer experience
2. Data Management
9. Analyse assessment performance data with a view to making improvements and defending decisions in relation to pass marks or the setting of grade boundaries.
10. Implement and monitor Risk-ratings for BTEC QA Quality Management
11. Will be able to follow tight timelines with accuracy and escalate issues if they occur
12. Responsible for accurate Content and Assessment management for their allocated assessments
13. Responding to key external or internal requirements, and with continued improvement and simplification in mind. Relationship Management
14. Will build and maintain successful relationships with all our external and internal partners
15. Managing performance of contractors
16. Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure accurate content production and timely assessment results
17. Equip stakeholders with necessary content production tools, information and resources, to ensure agreed outcomes and deadlines are achieved whilst maintaining quality
