Job Description:Candidates will be responsible for carrying out responsive property inspections in customers' homes across Somerset. This role involves working independently with our automated scheduling system and managing a varied, large, and challenging workload.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct responsive property inspections.
* Complete response repair surveys, mutual exchanges, minor works surveys.
* Investigate issues related to damp, condensation, and mould.
* Oversee minor works, refurbishment projects, and general surveying tasks.
* Collaborate with maintenance colleagues to schedule repairs.
* Maintain a high focus on customer satisfaction.
