· Head of Customer Success
· £65k base + £15k OTE
· Hybrid (1 day per week in the office)
Our client is a market leader within the HealthCare Tech sector offering a digital solution to support the Health and Social Care sectors.
This is a truly exciting time to join the business as they have recently gone through an acquisition and are rapidly expanding which brings a huge amount of opportunity within the business.
As Head of Customer Success, you will be doing:
* Leading, hiring and developing a team of Customer Success Managers
* Track, forecast and drive KPI’s
* Upselling and expansion
* Building and maintaining relationships
* The main point of contact for product expertise and escalations
* Working very closely with the telesales team
As a Head of Customer Success, you will need the following experience:
* 5+ years as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager
* Experience of implementing digital strategies at scale
* Team management.
* Experience of working closely with products teams
What you’ll get in return for your talents:
A base salary of circa £65,000 + a £15,000 OTE paid quarterly, hybrid working, 25 days holiday, private medical, enhanced maternity and more!!!
