Job Description
3. Assist with the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and liaising with candidates.
4. Contribute to onboarding efforts for new employees.
5. Participate in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
6. Support the HR department in administrative tasks and data management.
7. Help with the organisation of training events and programmes.
8. Coordinate with different departments to streamline HR processes.
9. Assist in the development of staff welfare programmes.
10. Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with all legal and company regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Junior HR Executive should have:
11. An academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar fields.
12. Prior experience in a HR role, preferably in the retail industry.
13. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
14. Strong organisational and administrative skills.
15. A keen attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
