We are currently working in partnership with an innovative and leading regional employer based in Birmingham city centre, who are recruiting for a Head of OD & Cultural Transformation on an interim contract until the end of May 2025.
The position is due to start immediately, with hybrid working (2 days home working) and a day rate of £450 - £650 umbrella (inside IR35).
The organisation is embarking on a companywide transformation with a focus on creating a more collaborative and impactful culture across the organisation.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Aligning the organisations structure with its strategic priorities to enhance organisational efficiency
2. Driving cultural change and transformation within the organisation, fostering empowerment, and enhancing employee engagement
3. Ensuring all services and strategies are locally relevant and responsive to the needs of specific communities
4. Building stronger, more effective partnerships with Local Authorities
5. Making the organisation more agile and responsive to regional needs, ultimately improving service delivery across all areas
Experience required:
1. Delivering interventions to enable performance improvement through behaviour change
2. Creating strategic insights on organisation culture and mindset
3. Developing multifaceted OD strategies to shift culture to enable strategy and purpose
4. Utilising core theories that shape organisation design development practices
This is a highly visible role and the ideal candidate would be on-site 2 to 3 days each week.
