Our Client is a respected provider of Supported Accommodation, dedicated to empowering adults (18) with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, mental health challenges, and challenging behaviors to live fulfilling and independent lives. They are now seeking a compassionate and experienced Team Lead to join their team and help deliver outstanding, person-centered care. Role : Team Lead - Supported Accommodation Location : Bedford Hours : Full-time, 40 hours per week Starting Salary : £27,000 per annum The Role Lead and supervise a team of Support Workers to ensure exceptional service delivery. Support and mentor staff through role modeling, supervision, and coaching. Assist the Service Manager with creating accurate staff rotas and timesheets. Promote the health, safety, and well-being of service users and staff. Oversee the delivery of person-centered services to meet the needs of each individual. Participate in a shared on-call rota. Essential Criteria Proven experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex behaviors. Supervisory experience in a similar role.
