Key Responsibilities
The day-to-day would typically include the following:
1. Working with agency teams to apply Audience First rigour to the development / rationalization of asset scope.
2. Assessment of scope requirements across markets, media, audience mindsets and moments.
3. Finding value for clients in scope development, ensuring their brand, business and commercial needs are addressed by assets, and not diluted by those that are not required.
4. Working with agency Creative and Production teams to guide asset development with Audience First insight, inclusive of:Being the lead voice in asset format best practice. Importantly, this requires staying ahead of the curve of opportunities across platforms: regularly connecting with the platforms/channels to understand new techniques or updates, so these can be relayed to production teams.Identifying Production Style opportunities for audience connection.Collaborating on Campaign Design (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion).Inputting technology opportunities and expertise.
5. Identifying appropriate KPIs with clients for measurement across offline media, online media, brand and business metrics.
6. Working with agency Creative and Production teams to ensure assets are fit for delivery of desired value (via Audience first insight).
7. Preparation of reports on delivery of KPIs by activated campaign assets.
8. Advising on pre-test requirements for assets, and partnering with pre-test providers to deliver clear and actionable learning.
9. Forming recommendations and leading discussion related to optimization opportunities for campaigns and assets.
10. Working with clients and agency Creative and Production teams to share clear guidance on how to deliver optimized assets based on measurement learning.
11. Working with Production leadership across hubs to respond to new business opportunities, contributing the Audience First insight that positions us as an ideal partner for brand and business success.
12. Ongoing Audience First evolution – identifying opportunities and generating proposals for better and / or incremental offers across Create, Scale and Personalize.
13. Building relationships with clients and Havas agencies that help clarify the value attached to Audience First Production.
14. Demonstrating the leadership and strategy skills to contribute in a global, cross functional organization.
15. Effectively motivating, leading and developing internal teams and stakeholders.
16. Contributing positively to culture and environment and setting high standards for collaboration and accountability.
17. Helping continuously set new industry standards.
18. Partnering with the Production management in the definition of a progressive, productive agency network culture and operation, focused on driving the contribution of Audience First production to brand and business success.
19. Building commitment to Audience First Production tools and processes across client and agency teams.
20. Contributing to an environment of constant learning and innovation, where Audience First Production ideas are nurtured, celebrated and championed internally and externally.
21. Working effectively with each area of our business to enable the efficient delivery of quality output (via your personal contribution, direction and training).
22. As required, you will work with Production management in the recruitment and induction of new team members, as well as team appraisals and in communicating targets and objectives and identifying and supporting individuals’ development needs.

The role is not….
31. A focused Creative Strategy, Media Strategy or Business Strategy role. The role is very much hybrid. The Content Strategist will collaborate with clients, media and creative partners, and production colleagues, to bring Production closer to the core of the business.
32. A single market role. The Content Strategist will benefit from a global perspective, capable of recognizing the needs and nuance of audiences across geographies and cultures.
33. An established blueprint. The role is unique in the production space. It requires a broad spectrum of strategy contribution, and an ability to both disrupt “usual” process and earn trust from colleagues and clients via value delivered.
