Your role as an Assistant Manager:
Our client, a Top 20 Accountancy Firm is looking for an Audit Assistant Manager to join their rapidly growing team:
* Lead audits from planning to completion, working closely with managers, directors, and partners.
* Act as the first point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.
* Take ownership of high-quality deliverables, ensuring audit work meets the highest standards.
* Identify and present solutions for clients' business process improvements.
* Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their development and success.
What you'll need to succeed as Senior Associate/Assistant Manager:
* ACA, ACCA, or CA qualification with a solid foundation of auditing experience.
* Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, auditing standards, and financial reporting.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
