Our partnership school is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic DT and Art Teacher to join their talented faculty As a DT and Art Teacher, you will: Teach engaging and innovative lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5 to young people with additional needs including SEMH and Autism Foster creativity and critical thinking in students through hands-on projects and art exploration. Support students in developing technical and artistic skills, encouraging excellence in both design and artistic practice. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cross-curricular opportunities. Organise exhibitions, workshops, and events to showcase student work and promote the arts within the school community. We are looking for someone who: Holds a relevant teaching qualification and subject-specific degree. Has experience in delivering both Design Technology and Art curricula. Possesses strong knowledge of materials, techniques, and emerging trends in design and art education. Is passionate about encouraging creativity, problem-solving, and innovation. Works well in a team and is committed to the school’s ethos and values.
