RG Consultancy are working with a fast growing distribution company in Middlewich who are looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk. You will join a small but growing finance team and report back to the Finance Manager. This is a newly created role to support with continued company growth. 25 days holiday 8 bank holidays Flexible working hours Free onsite parking Study support for AAT Pension scheme Annual bonus Private healthcare The Role To manage the end-to-end Purchase Ledger process for the business Process high volume purchase invoices (around 500 weekly) Supplier statement reconciliations Preparation of payment runs Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts Resolve any accounts queries via phone and email The Person At least 2 years' experience working as a Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable Clerk or similar accounts role Able to deal with high volume invoices and work at an efficient pace An AAT qualification would be an advantage but not essential Experience using SAGE Strong to advanced I.T skills are essential
