The role will support delivery of safe stroke care 24 hours, including thrombolysis care and ensure nursing staff are adhering to evidence based stroke care. They will ensure a positive patient experience through the delivery of high quality patient care for stroke patients.
Main duties of the job
1. To provide high quality, person centered stroke care as a member of the nursing team.
2. To ensure the maintenance of high standards of patient care in response to service needs.
