Job Title: Head of Planning Monitoring and Controls

Salary: Circa £90,000 depending on skills and experiences with executive benefits on top
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading the development and delivery of integrated planning and reporting and activities across the Technology Enablement area
* Managing a team of professionals and supporting their performance, growth, and development
* Acting as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing structured, data-driven insight that supports business-critical decisions
* Overseeing the Integrated Business Planning process and coordinating timely reporting to multiple audiences
* Driving the improvement and automation of reporting tools and processes in collaboration with the Data & Analytics Team
* Ensuring continuity and alignment between different programme areas and project phases
Your skills and experiences:
* Strong background in project controls or high-level project management within an engineering environment
* Confident working with senior internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to influence and advise
* Highly organised, structured, and methodical in approach
* Excellent understanding of financial and performance reporting
* Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop others
* Strong communication skills and resilience in a dynamic, complex programme environment
