This role involves UK-wide travel, liaising with both insurers and medical professionals to enhance our service offerings and drive revenue growth Main duties of the job As our Partnership Director, you will: Develop and execute strategies to expand Private Medical Insurance (PMI) revenue. Build and maintain relationships with Health Insurance providers to secure new contracts and renewals. Identify healthcare market trends and create opportunities for business growth and collaboration. Negotiate commercially beneficial agreements that align with PPGs financial and strategic goals. Manage insurer contracts, ensuring compliance and performance targets are met. Lead contract review meetings, providing performance reports, patient experience insights, and market intelligence. Expand insurance referral networks, engaging with insurers across multiple departments. Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to drive business growth and measure the effectiveness of engagement activities. Represent PPG at industry events, showcasing our services and fostering new partnerships. Support the expansion of new sites and services, engaging insurers and key stakeholders in development initiatives. Proven commercial acumen, with experience in negotiating contracts and managing key partnerships.
