Within this role you will/be: Responsible for overseeing a substantial client portfolio, devising and executing strategies to drive growth and enhance retention. Your primary objectives will include nurturing relationships, meeting customer needs, and ensuring satisfaction through effective management and support.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business expansion within existing client accounts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to craft engaging campaigns that foster customer engagement and retention.
Analyse customer data to uncover valuable insights driving informed business decisions.
Provide regular updates on customer activity, trends, and feedback to senior management.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and service delivery.
Manage client expectations and uphold company commitments to ensure client satisfaction.
