HR Administrator
Role: HR Administrator
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
AVASK are now looking to recruit an HR Administrator with a special interest in Learning and Development to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR functions while driving initiatives that enhance employee skills and career growth.
HR Administrator, the role:
* Track and assess training uptake and the effectiveness of training programs.
* Devise instructional materials, guides, and tutorials.
* Monitor and manage our Learning Management System and ensure training records are maintained.
* Management of the E-Learning platform (TalentLMS) e.g. assigning courses, producing completion reports etc.
* Provide general HR support and respond to employee enquiries regarding HR policies and programs.
* Generate regular reports on HR metrics e.g. turnover, absences etc.
* Ongoing file management ensuring that all documentation is stored correctly on the HRIS and updated when required.
HR Administrator, the person:
* CIPD Level 3 or equivalent working experience.
* Previous experience in HR administration is essential, a focus on learning and development would be beneficial.
* Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Works well in a team as well as independently.
* Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset.
* Ability to prioritise workload.
