Pensions Apprentice x 4 (Level 3 Advanced Apprentice) City of Wolverhampton Council is looking for an Apprentice to promote and support the work and services of West Midlands Pensions Fund (WMPF). We may have the role for you The successful apprentice will receive on the job training and will complete a Level 3 Pensions Administrator apprenticeship standard. About WMPF WMPF is one of the UK’s largest pension funds providing local authority pension benefits for employees across the West Midlands. We manage and administer the pension interests of over 330,000 scheme members, 800 employers and currently have over £21 billion in assets under management. We are recruiting for 4 x Pensions Apprentice to join our continually growing Service area. Our brand-new offices are based at the i9 building in Wolverhampton and is an excellent location for transport links by car, bus, train and tram. What the day will look like Responsibilities include: Present a customer friendly, positive and professional image of the Fund to customer, with the aim of satisfying enquiries with a single contact. To process and validate all amendments to a member’s record as a result of changes in employment and personal circumstances. To deal with a range of correspondence from Scheme members. Respond to all enquiries in a positive and professional manner and process them in accordance with the Funds procedures. About you This Pensions Apprentice role would be ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is keen to develop their skills within a corporate environment.
