An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and experienced Change Manager to lead and deliver organisational change initiatives in a large, complex environment. You’ll be part of a specialist team dedicated to supporting projects and strategic change, working collaboratively to embed lasting transformation across the organisation.
This role is ideal for someone with strong people skills, a passion for change, and experience delivering change management strategies across diverse stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead change activities across a wide range of projects using a structured change framework.
* Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations tailored to individual, team, and organisational needs.
* Develop and implement change strategies covering business processes, systems, roles, behaviours, and structures.
* Create stakeholder engagement, communication, and support plans to embed and sustain change.
* Track uptake of change and adjust strategies in real-time to maximise benefits.
* Coach colleagues, support training efforts, and foster a consistent approach to change across the organisation.
* Prepare detailed documentation, updates, and reporting for senior leadership groups.
* Stay informed on the latest change management research and practice, actively sharing insights with the team.
