Level 6, Actual Salary £23714 The successful candidates should be able to demonstrate: An understanding of, and commitment to, Catholic education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have empathy with family needs. Experience of working with children and families. The ability to deal with sensitive issues in a professional manner, understand the need for confidentiality. The ability to liaise with the Designated Safeguarding Lead, SLT, school staff and other agencies. The ability to work on your own initiative, prioritising and planning your work, whilst keeping efficient records. To identify and work with pupils who have, or are at risk of, poor attendance and take appropriate action, including home visits. To support, challenge, motivate and provide information to parents/carers to increase their capacity for parenting.
