So, what are we looking for?
Our Traffic Manager will oversee the end-to-end production process for our creative studio, being responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. This role requires a highly skilled, organised individual with a deep understanding of the creative process and prior experience within a digital agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest possible standards.
This role will be responsible for coordinating with Directors, Designers, Developers, and Account Managers to ensure client expectations are met and regularly exceeded. The role demands excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between creative, technical, and client teams.
The Role
* Manage the entire production process for all creative projects, including digital campaigns, video content, website design, development and more.
* Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets and resource allocation to maintain an efficient workflow and ensure timely delivery.
* Coordinate with various departments (creative, digital and client services) to achieve project objectives and meet deliverables.
* Foster a collaborative work environment, ensuring clear communication across teams and managing processes for consistent quality checks, revisions and approvals.
* Manage the studio’s resources, collaborate with freelancers, contractors and external vendors as needed to support production needs.
* Work closely with the client services team to understand the project briefs, schedule the team and provide regular updates to ensure deliverables are met.
* Regularly report on team efficiency, monitor all client retainers and update stakeholders to ensure projects remain within budget and on schedule.
* Continuously assess and improve studio workflows, processes, and tools to optimise productivity and maximise creativity.
* Implement production best practices and ensure adherence to the agency’s quality standards.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and content production including motion, animation, web design, and web development.
* 5+ years of experience in a production management role within an agency or creative studio.
* Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
* Experienced with delivering both creative and digital projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
* A team player through and through, with a positive can-do attitude.
