We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our DK Household Brands team on a permanent basis. This role will play a pivotal part in driving our success and offers an excellent opportunity to join a great team.
We are a premium housewares brand, with a portfolio of distinguished brands including Cole & Mason, Culinare, Zyliss, AdHoc, Ken Hom and Swissmar; and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products and outstanding customer service.
In this newly created role within our Digital UK team, we are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to manage and grow our Amazon business across the EU. You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility and optimise performance on the Amazon platform.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and implement annual growth strategies aimed at achieving financial targets and key performance metrics.
* Proactively monitor account performance to identify opportunities for revenue growth and enhanced profitability.
* Track customer KPIs and provide actionable insights for performance improvement.
* Maintain detailed data trackers for sales, stock levels, and performance metrics to ensure optimal account health and success.
* Collaborate with the National Account Manager to guide the performance of Amazon Brand Specialists (AVS), setting clear objectives and conducting Vendor Improvement Plan (VIP) reviews.
* Ensure an optimised product catalogue with up-to-date listings and quality content.
* Work with brand and marketing teams to create Amazon-specific content.
* Oversee competitive pricing strategies, adjusting for promotions, seasonal events, and clearance sales to protect margins and ensure product visibility.
* Plan and execute quarterly advertising and marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Lead promotional efforts for seasonal events, category campaigns, and special offers to drive engagement and increase sales.
* Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand, especially during peak periods.
* Address SKU discoverability and availability challenges to optimise conversion rates and maximise sales.
* Lead product launches with strategies such as Born to Run, Vine programs, variation grouping, bundling, and targeted advertising to boost visibility and drive sales.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to leverage data-driven insights for performance improvement.
* Identify opportunities for improving workflows and fostering collaboration to enhance team efficiency, performance, and innovation.
Knowledge & Skills required:
* Experience managing Amazon accounts (Vendor Central, Seller Central) or other e-commerce platforms (e.g., eBay).
* Strong understanding of e-commerce sales strategies and performance metrics.
* Advanced Excel skills with data analysis and reporting expertise.
* Excellent communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and results.
* Detail-oriented, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills with adaptability to shifting priorities.
* Fluency in German or French is a plus; Italian or Spanish is beneficial.
* Familiarity with Salsify or similar product management tools is a bonus.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
This is a full-time hybrid role which offers the flexibility of working two days from home and three days in the office.
