Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Sheffield (Office Based)
Salary: £25,000 – £29,000 Per annum, depending on experience

Working Hours: Minimum of 30 Hours per week
We're looking for an Office Manager to join our sustainable, design-led practice in Sheffield.
Please note that this is an office-based role and therefore candidates must live a commutable distance from Sheffield to be considered.

You’re passionate about sustainability and the environment, bringing respect for the planet into everything you do. With top-notch communication skills, you easily build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and teammates alike.
Where you’ll make an impact:
1. Overseeing the office and making sure everything runs without a hitch.
2. Creating and managing internal systems to keep things efficient and stress-free.
3. Keeping us compliant with company policies and procedures.
4. Assisting with enquiry calls and marketing activity.
5. Keeping an eye on budgets and cash flow.
6. Keeping the office stocked with necessary supplies.
7. Coordinating with our trusted consultants.
8. Supporting our technical staff and solving problems.
Ideally, you will have:
1. Basic bookkeeping skills and experience with Xero.
2. Familiarity with Mailchimp and WordPress.
3. A good understanding of HR processes and policies.
4. A basic understanding of architectural drawings would be a bonus.
