CONSTRUCTION PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR - PROJECT CAD / CLIENT SUPPORT
LOCATION: Office based- Tonbridge, Kent. You may be searching for Project Coordinator jobs in Kent, Tonbridge, West Malling, Sevenoaks. You will have a full clean driving licence.
SALARY: £28K - £36K basic, plus benefits, use of company car, mileage, ample free parking, electric car charging point, training, 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension.
HOURS: Permanent, full time. Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
As an experienced Project Coordinator, you will be coordinating between the Surveyors, high-end residential clients and the Sales & Production team, your primary objective will be to ensure a smooth customer experience from when the surveyors send you their drawings, to processing the orders and providing technical assistance to the client and sales team.
Your duties as Construction Project Coordinator will include:
* Action the surveyors site video, interpret their design information and produce the order documentation.
* Send the project documentation to clients for their approval.
* Process the client’s deposit payment.
* Process pre-despatch payment prior to installation date via phone/ email.
* Send warranty to client post installation.
* General admin tasks relating to project.
* Support the commercial team and clients with pre-sales and technical queries.
* Liaise with Architects and provide advice on the sliding door systems.
* Full training will be provided.
As a Project Coordinator, with a background in the Building/ Construction industry, you will be technically minded and have experience of working with technical drawings in a Construction specification environment such as Facades, Cladding, Glazing or similar industry.
As a key member of the Project Support Sales Admin team, you will have excellent customer facing presentation / communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft office, Excel and Outlook. It would be advantageous if you have a good understanding of Auto CAD
Your current / previous roles may include Product Administrator, Pre Sales Project Coordinator, Construction Projects Administrator, Project Support Administrator, Construction Project Customer Support, Junior Project Manager, Building Sales Administrator, Construction Sales Administrator, Project Support Officer, Construction Project and Sales Administrator, Construction Helpdesk Administrator, Customer Service Administrator, CAD Sales Engineer, Project Support Officer, Project Support or similar.
