Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Clinical Administration Service within the Respiratory secretarial team. To work at the Castle Hill site, we are looking for enthusiastic people with previous customer service experience who can communicate at all levels, work flexibly and are able to organise and prioritise their workload. Good communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with members of the public. Main duties of the job We are looking to recruit 1 x 19.5 hour post to work within the respiratory admin team. Working hours are: Monday 0850 - 1700 (1 hours for lunch) Thursday 0850 - 1500 (30 min lunch) Friday 0850 - 1600 (30 min lunch) The successful candidate will join a fantastic secretarial team, main duties will include: Typing clinical correspondence Tracking patient pathways Dealing with patient, relatives and clinician queries both face to face and over the telephone General office duties Although previous administration experience is desirable, we are first and foremost looking for individuals with a passion to work in a health care setting, those with a 'can do' attitude and importantly due to the nature of the work, people who have a flexible approach to working.
