Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, CPG Consulting Advisory - English.
Your responsibilities in this role include:
1. Identifying transformation opportunities within large organizations and driving that transformation through our Technology, Digital, AI and Analytics and Consultative capabilities.
2. Establishing strong relationships in key & prospective CPG Clients to understand their priorities and the state of their business, providing strategic recommendations.
3. Bringing strong advisory experience to elevate points of view, offerings, and outcomes specific to clients.
4. Driving relationship development and stakeholder management at CXO level across buying centers.
5. Responsible for driving growth within a global portfolio of $10 - $35M through partnerships with enterprise sales.
6. Building vision for the portfolio and enabling it through strategic roadmaps, including growth plans for key accounts.
7. Keeping teams and services apprised of relevant Consumer and Retail trends and opportunities.
8. Constantly building and maintaining subject matter expertise.
9. Identifying opportunities for expanding Genpact services to drive business value.
10. Building industry-relevant digital offerings that can be standardized, repeated, and scaled.
11. Investing in the Genpact brand by developing and publishing relevant white papers.
12. Providing consulting industry advisory for CPG clients with a strong ability to derive a transformation roadmap.
13. Translating recommended transformation vision into a set of requirements and delivery execution plans.
14. Responsible for the full end-to-end lifecycle of the team, including hiring, onboarding, assessing, and evaluating performance.
15. Providing leadership to the team through coaching, mentoring, and development of staff.
16. Consulting with leadership and HR on sensitive employee situations.
17. Building meaningful relationships and community within the team.
18. Ensuring new staff are trained efficiently.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
1. Bachelor's or master's degree / MBA in business, finance, supply chain, accounting, analytics, engineering, GenAI, or data management.
2. Relevant years of experience in a leadership position within consulting organizations.
3. Demonstrable expertise in relevant industry and applicable domains.
4. Thorough understanding of digital and analytical trends.
5. Project management experience; exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
6. Experience with collaboration and facilitation techniques.
7. Experience with global clients and stakeholders.
8. Knowledge of project planning techniques.
9. Experience leading cross-functional teams.
10. Experience influencing C-level customers and internal stakeholders.
11. Experience with contract negotiation and drafting.
12. Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
13. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
14. Excellent presentation skills – in person & virtually.
15. Ability to thrive in ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
1. Masters/MBA in business, finance, supply chain, accounting, analytics, engineering, or data management.
2. Well-connected in the market to generate new leads for the business.
3. Lean Six Sigma Certified (Green or Black belt).
