Job Description
The Role:
We are looking for dedicated Primary and Secondary Teachers to join us in supporting our Schools across Derbyshire. You will support students' academic, social, and emotional development and foster a love of learning in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver tailored lessons to meet the needs of students.
* Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
* Create an inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs.
* Collaborate with teaching assistants and other support staff.
* Engage with parents and caregivers to provide regular updates on student progress.
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching KS1/KS2/KS3/KS4.
* Knowledge of SEND practices and inclusive education.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the school and students.
