This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, friendly, supportive and growing training business. As an apprentice at JP Training you will build on your skills to become a digital marketer. You will have an opportunity to create marketing campaigns on a variety of social media platforms and analyze their success. You will also gain knowledge of the learning and development sector through research and training. During your apprenticeship you will be able to generate ideas and implement improvement to website design and its optimisation. Main Duties: [will be to:] Maintain and keep the website updated. Design LinkedIn carousels using Canva. Use digital marketing metrics and analytics to prioritise and optimise messaging and provide reports on the performance of campaigns. Social media strategy & scheduling – to contribute with planning, designing and scheduling media campaigns. Manage social media campaigns & develop ideas to better engage users using platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube etc. Mailshot creation. Sending of following up emails to client leads. CRM management. Website optimisation. Topic research. What we are looking for: Essential: An understanding of marketing and lead generation techniques to develop and grow the business A forward thinking, positive and enthusiastic approach to marketing, fresh ideas, and new concepts Need experience or knowledge of Canva Possess excellent communication skills The ability to work independently Creativity and reliability Entry requirements: 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subject GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above) Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme. If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
