Looking for a newly created, standalone HR Manager role offering variety, autonomy and a huge reward factor from being able to develop new processes, initiatives and make the role your own?
In this pivotal role, you'll be HR Manager in a small business of around 40 employees - with the goal of ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive work environment and culture.
Excitingly, there are many projects to get off the ground as well as managing day to day HR queries. Areas of responsibility will include:
1. Employee onboarding and preboarding
2. Management of HR activities and ensuring compliance to legislation and internal policies and procedures
3. HR System - administration and maintenance
4. Employee relations including performance management
5. Internal HR/company-wide communication sessions
6. Wellbeing initiatives
7. HR reporting
8. Payroll coordination (not processing - preparation only)
We're looking for a proactive problem-solver, who is an organised, forward-thinking HR professional as well being a self-starter that can work collaboratively with Directors to set and achieve combined goals.
As this is a standalone role, we are looking for someone who is happy to cover all levels of HR from the senior more strategic work to the admin - and then everything in between.
Ideally, the successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and used to working at senior HR advisor/generalist or Manager level.
Experience of using BrightHR would be useful but not essential.
