About the Role
A caregiver at Visiting Angels North Shropshire must be a compassionate and friendly person with strong communication skills. The successful candidate’s duties will include:
* Personal care, including helping clients to get up in the morning or prepare for bed in the evening.
* Assisting with dressing/undressing.
* Assisting with incontinent tasks.
* Preparing fresh meals and snacks.
* Helping with laundry or light housework.
* Supporting clients to access the community for appointments, groups, and outings.
* Providing companionship and socializing.
* Pet care if needed.
* Being an outstanding team player.
