Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Warehouse Operation Manager in day-to-day issues
2. Process stock adjustments for any special movement in Cegid
3. Monitor and manage inventory litigation in CEGID
4. Activate inter-company stock transfers (prepare proforma invoice, liaise with warehouse for packing and shipment booking)
5. Handle delivery claims for warehouse and stores (overs and unders)
6. Order packaging materials for stores (via HLink)
7. Manage stationary orders for stores
8. Prepare logistics KPI measurement and reporting
9. Provide relevant data and reports to the operations team and management
10. Participate in destocking, public and staff sales
11. Support events (logistics-related activities)
Competencies:
1. At least 5 years of proven experience in logistics/operations
2. Organised, flexible, and reliable
3. Looking for incremental process improvement
4. Can work on multiple tasks at once without losing track
5. Good IT Skills: Cegid, Microsoft Office
6. Good team player with the capacity to work autonomously
7. Professional with the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
