Groups and Events Coordinator Air Crew
As a Groups and Events Coordinator Air Crew, youll manage the accommodation needs of airline crew members while supporting the planning and coordination of group bookings and events. Youll collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Air Crew Coordination:
Manage airline crew bookings, ensuring efficient check-ins, check-outs, and meeting specific requests.
Serve as the main liaison with airlines, confirming bookings and resolving issues.
Coordinate transport logistics, such as airport transfers.
Group & Event Coordination:
Handle group booking inquiries, show rounds, and event planning for leisure and MICE clients.
Prepare event documentation (contracts, function sheets) and provide on-site event support.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and maximize revenue opportunities.
What Were Looking For: A passion for hospitality and excellent customer service.
Previous experience in Hotels is a must
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Effective communication skills; proficiency in English (additional languages like Spanish or Italian are a plus).
A proactive and solution-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
