Program Operation Manager, Business Planning and Analytics, Paid Services Central Team
CN Paid Services supports CN Selling Partners (SPs) with account management and enhances SPX via a suite of unified offerings across US/EU/JP marketplaces. Our vision is to be the preferred choice for CN Sellers during their Amazon journey to expand their businesses globally. We collaborate cross teams to lead paid products and to enhance CN paid seller experience. We conduct business planning & review to secure topline & bottom line, develop data solutions and run data programs. We evolve Paid Service strategy by generating business insight and identifying strategic priorities from paid sellers & AM feedbacks.
Program Operations Manager belongs to Paid Service Central Business Planning & Analytics team. One of Charter for Paid Services is to use data and anecdotes from paying Sellers to advocate internally for changes that benefit all Sellers. We expect this role to work independently, turn data into actionable insights, and support answering strategic business questions with close collaboration with cross teams. It’s required to independently lead moderately complex data-related projects or programs to continuously innovate or renovate Paid Services offerings and internal tracking in business intelligence, enabling internal/external customer experience and SPs’ long-term success on Amazon worldwide marketplace.
Key job responsibilities:
1. Initiate and lead Paid Services program related business opportunity data model setup other than participating as an individual.
2. Lead complex data content delivery across domains.
3. Champion new data tools and processes. To continuously drive Seller experience improvement, we keep our product innovative and up to date with the latest tech and data tools.
A day in the life:
Paid Central team, Account Management, BI and SDE are the key working partners. With these internal stakeholders and customers, you will work closely across teams in different domains and working threads to drive data innovation and evolvement.
About the team:
Business Planning & Analytics Team conducts business planning & review to secure topline & bottom line, develops data solutions and runs data programs to continuously improve Seller experience and success, drive product and program success.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
3. Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
4. Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
5. 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
6. Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
