Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing expert advice on all aspects of employment law, including contracts, discrimination, disciplinary procedures, and termination issues.
2. Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
3. Representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings and other dispute resolution forums.
4. Advising on HR matters and providing training to clients on legal compliance and best practices.
5. Keeping abreast of developments in employment law and contributing to the firm’s knowledge management initiatives.
Requirements:
6. Qualified Solicitor with several years of PQE in employment law.
7. Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and case law.
8. Proven experience handling a diverse caseload of employment matters.
9. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
