Your Responsibilities
1. Understanding the requirements, architecting and implementing the software solution.
2. Preparing the work breakdown and supporting the Management in task planning.
3. Technically managing the team and supporting in issue resolution.
4. Coordinating with customers, counterparts, cross-functional teams, and Management.
5. Owning the project technical deliveries.
6. Mentoring junior team members.
Who we are looking for
1. Hands-on experience in ECU product development engineering practices in automotive.
2. Experience in Software SDLC.
3. Experience in Autosar stack (Vector/ETAS) implementation and configuration (Rte, Com, Diag, Cybersecurity, Ethernet, CDD).
4. Experience in Embedded OS – Microsar, ETAS, etc.
5. Experience in architecting embedded software on multi-core and multi-processor systems.
6. Experience with Ethernet Stack.
7. Experience in software platform development.
8. Experience in embedded software development in C; C++ is an added advantage.
9. Experience of working with 16-bit and 32-bit microcontrollers/SoC in a multi-core environment.
10. Experience in complete ECU software development including application, Autosar, and low-level drivers.
11. Knowledge of automotive communication networks: CAN, LIN & Ethernet.
12. Exposure to functional safety is an added advantage.
13. Experience working with GM OEM projects.
14. Exposure to functional safety and cybersecurity is an added advantage.
Your preferred qualifications
1. Bachelor/Master’s degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering / Software Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent.
2. 12+ years of experience in automotive ECU software development.
