We are working exclusively with a major player within the industrial technology space who are seeking a Software Consultant Team Leader who will be taking a "Player-Manager" role, with a portfolio of your own customers and taking on the day-to-day management of a small team of Software Consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and developing the UK Software Consultancy Team
Providing technical support and tailored software strategies for key customers
Introducing new software features and staying updated on industry regulations
Collaborating with your colleagues in Commercial and Sales teams to bring on new accounts, work on improvements
Attending networking events and trade showsDo you have:
Extensive design/technical experience in roof truss, floor joist or timber frame construction
Strong leadership skills
Excellent customer engagement, communication, problem-solving and influencing skills
Valid driving licence.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience in software implementation
Flexibility to travel 70%You are likely to be working in a senior Designer or Design Manager role for a Manufacturer of Roof Trusses, Timber Frame, SIPS or similar. Alternatively you may be working in a similar role for a software company providing construction design software.

In addition to the salary of £55,000 you will have a company car, 25 days' holiday + Bank Holiday and a generous pension contribution.
