This post will allow you tosupport and enhance the professional psychological care of clients in our service. The role will involve a combination of data management, assessment (including HCR-20 risk assessment) and therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a Qualified Psychologist with a range of clients (individually and group).In addition, you will support the research team (specialist services).
We are looking forOne new team member who are highly motivated individuals, passionate, dependable, and able to work independently, as well as part of a dynamic team.It is expected that applicants will have working knowledge, experience, and understanding of psychological interventions and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Role requires
• Previous experience working with individuals who present with mental health and personality difficulties in secure settings ideally
• Effective time management and ability to work to deadlines
• Ability to plan and prioritize own work to achieve agreed objectives
• Ability to work in a structured way
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Effective administration skills
• Experience of working independently and as part of a team
• A willingness to travel to sites across London is essential as the roles are based within services
• To communicate across language and cultural barriers to ensure that highly complex treatments are carried out in a language easily understandable to the service user
• To be aware of and promote all anti-discriminatory practice in line with Trust Policy and professional psychology practice.
• To work safely and under guidance in potential challenging environments
