Job Description Farringdon based Interior Architecture studio is seeking an experienced Technician for a 6 month contract. The studio specialise in the design and delivery of high-end commercial office spaces. These aren't usually the BIGGEST projects in the world, but they are bespoke, well created and delivered to a very high standard. Your role will include producing and signing off technical drawing packages for all projects coming through the studio, managing a small team of designers, take charge of project work with meetings on site with wider delivery team and conversations with clients. The studio offer a flexible working week which will be determined by project workload, site visits and whether there is a requirement to be in the studio on set days. This is a small-ish design studio, so we are looking for someone who can work in this smaller environment, not be afraid to voice an opinion and who can wear a few hats throughout the working week. The role promises to be interesting and rewarding. You MUST be able to use both AutoCAD and REVIT to a high standard, there will be no time to train or up skill, this role will require you to step in and work from day one.
